Have a little extra time this Summer? LWE has some fitness classes to spice up your exercise routine. We offer challenging, rigorous classes with so much fun you forget your getting a full cardio workout. You do not have to be a member of the fitness center. We offer classes to everyone for a small fee. Students welcome.

Cardio Blast with Connie consists of a cardio routine to increase your heart rate and burn fat quickly. Followed by a Pilates style using the bender ball and other gadgets to work abs, legs, butts arms, etc. This class is offered Mondays at 9:00 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Come join in the fun and get a total body workout.

Zumba with Naomi fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in a calorie burning, body energizing workout. Come and see what the Zumba rage is all about. This class is offered Mondays at 6:30 p.m. and Fridays at 9:00 a.m.

Calorie Killer with Shelby is a cardio class that includes step, kickboxing and circuits. This class is a serious calorie killer. 40 minutes of cardio followed by 20 minutes of muscle toning. The muscle toning portion includes utilizing weights, balls, resistance bands and your own body weight for resistance. Shelby is a student at ESU university. Come check her class this summer. Students welcome Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m.
