Growing five years strong The Village at Palmerton continues to excel as a leader in care for the retirees of the surrounding area. We take pride in our homely atmosphere and friendly residents. At The Village at Palmerton you come home to open arms. We stop at nothing to make your experience above and beyond. With a Superb location atop the mountain we have picturesque views for miles. We are conveniently located near the Palmerton Hospital Campus Blue Mountain Health Systems and within walking distance to the Downtown shopping district. With so much located close by we have many outings and offer transportation to your medical appointments. When you live at The Village your medications can be delivered right to your door eliminating extra trips to the pharmacy. We try to make life as easy as possible for you. All of our accommodations include large spacious bedrooms suites with full private baths in every room. We provide furnishings and décor at no extra charge or you can customize your space to your liking. There is a full maintenance, housekeeping and dietary department, eliminating the need to cook clean or ever change a light bulb again. All of your meals and snacks are included. We offer seven days filled with activities and multi denominational church services weekly.
Because of the size of our home there is always a place to go and have quiet time in one of our five living rooms, or enjoy the company of others on our Activity Floor playing pool or in a game of Wii. We strive to help you maintain your highest level of independence. If you need assistance we offer 24 hour care with house physicians and LPN’s and certified caregivers on staff. We also offer on-site Rehabilitation that our residents and the outside community can utilize. We offer emergency call pendant safety systems that you wear, unlike many homes where they are built into the building. The benefit to that is that you can access help no matter where you are in our building. If you need assistance we offer inclusive personalized health care which offers a wide variety of services from medications, hygiene, ambulation assistance and much more. We also have a licensed beauty salon on site and podiatry and hearing services are available to you. You do not have to buy in, or pay a community fee to come here! We offer flexible leasing options on a month to month basis. Residents stay with us for Rehabilitation, vacation, and long term. Whatever your needs may be we can make a plan to fit.
